Refunds for tickets purchased are available as follows: From October 2024 to February 29, 2025: An 80% refund will be granted if requested within 7 days of purchase. From March 1, 2025, onwards: A 50% refund will be granted if requested within 7 days of purchase. Please note that after 7 days from the purchase date, tickets are non-refundable.
